On January 25 , 2024 , Vice President Han Hong of the college visited Tribhuvan University in Nepal and exchanged cooperation and exchange agreements with Tribhuvan University on behalf of the school. The Vice President of Tribhuvan University said that with the further advancement of the “Belt and Road” initiative in Nepal, he believed that in the future, the two universities will further strengthen exchanges and deepen cooperation in talent training, scientific research, and social services on the basis of equality and mutual benefit. Vice President Han Hong said that the School of Public Administration of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China will also use its disciplinary advantages in digital governance to provide assistance to Nepal’s national governance modernization transformation, and contribute to the training of international students, cooperative research, and the construction of an academic community in the Himalayas. It is reported that more than 20 media in Nepal reported on Vice President Han Hong’s visit.
