Professor Li, Xiguang
Li, Xiguang. Agreement professor at UESTC; Professor at the Tsinghua University; Director of the International Communication Center of Tsinghua University; Member of the Public Diplomacy Advisory Committee of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs; advisory member of the Center Foundation; the head of the UNESCO Chair in Media Literacy and Dialogue of Civilizations; the chief expert of three major projects of the Chinese National Social Science Fund. He was formerly the executive vice dean of the School of Journalism and Communication at Tsinghua University; the senior reporter at Xinhua News Agency; the researcher at the Center for Journalism Politics and Public Policy at Harvard University.
Prof. Han, Hong
Vice Dean of School of Public Administration, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Director of Pan-Himalayan Communication Research Center, Professor, Ph.D supervisor. He has more than 11 years working experience in the media industry, having worked for Chongqing Cable TV, Chengdu Business News and Sichuan TV, as a reporter, producer and department head. In 2009, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow in the College of Arts and Meida in Beijing Normal Universtiy. In 2010, he worked as an visiting scholar in the School of Communication in the University of Texas at El Paso. There are more than 100 academic publications in domestic and international journals and conferences, including Journalism and Communication Research, International Journalism, and Literary Arts Research.He concurrently serves as a researcher at the SanZhan Forum of the PLA Academy of Military Science, an expert at the SanZhan Center of the National Defense University, and an expert on sexually transmitted diseases and AIDS at the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention. He has previously served as a senior journalist at Xinhua News Agency, a science journalist at The Washington Post, a research fellow at Harvard University's Center for Press, Politics, and Public Policy, a young scholar on the Silk Road under UNESCO, and a research intern at the Chinese Academy of Sciences' Institute of Theoretical Physics.
He has conducted extensive field research in the Pan-Himalayan region several times, publishing over ten dedicated books and over a hundred academic articles with significant international impact.

Professor Zhan Xun
Ph.D.
A core expert in both teaching and research at the School of Public Management, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, serving as the Head of the Department of Journalism and Communication and the Deputy Director of the Trans-Himalayan Region Communication Research Center. He acts as an advisor and expert for several national and provincial think tanks and expert databases, with research focusing on new media and network communication, international and neighboring regional communication, Tibet-related and ethnic communication, intercultural communication, and crisis management. He was consecutively invited to participate in the China Tibet Development Forum in 2019 and 2023, sharing research findings at sub-forums on social development and international communication respectively. He has published numerous papers in domestic CSSCI source journals and over thirty English papers at international conferences (all indexed by ISTP and ISSHP).
Prof. Nirmala Mani Adhikary
Dr. Nirmala Mani Adhikary. Academic qualifications: Ph.D., M.Phil., M.A. Currently Associate Professor at the Department of Languages and Mass Communication in Kathmandu University, Nepal. Author/Editor of more than 60 published books. Hundreds of popular articles published. Dozens of research articles published.
Professor Dawa Penjor
Studied Wuming studies in Sichuan Buddhist University and other places, and graduated from Northwest University for Nationalities with a Master's degree in Chinese Minority Languages and literature in 2001. From 2004 to 2005, he studied experimental Phonetics in Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Peking University. He is currently engaged in the teaching and research of Tibetan experimental phonetics. Participated in three national 863 projects such as "National language version LINUX operating system and office suite Research and Development", and presided over and participated in more than 10 provincial and ministerial projects such as "Amdo Speech Conversion and text Specification Research". He has published more than 20 academic papers, published more than 10 monographs and textbooks, and participated in a number of scientific research projects that have reached the international leading level, and won 2 provincial and ministerial awards.
